Caitlin Grant Collier is a nurse practitioner who earned her Bachelors of Science degrees in Psychology and Spanish in 2013 from Vanderbilt University. She then obtained her nursing degree from Chattanooga State Community College. Caitlin completed her Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration in family healthcare from East Tennessee State University in 2020. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Her experience in the medical field is varied but has primarily focused on cardiology and neurology. She worked as a floor and charge nurse. Upon completion of her masters degree, Caitlin continued working at Memorial Hospital waiting to find the right job in her new role. During her time there, she worked with the Nurse Residency Program and was a preceptor, training new staff and charge nurses. She was also nominated for a Daisy Award for providing excellent nursing care.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and family. She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and enjoys trying cuisines from all over the world. Caitlin states, “I am honored to be a part of Dr. Goodman’s practice and thrilled to put my passion for providing education, compassion, and quality care to our patients.”
